Business Development Cocktail: One ounce positioning, with equal parts persistence and patience. Shaken, not stirred. Garnish with a twist of personality (and a lime).
The ability to mix a quality cocktail is a skill that will serve you for your entire life. Jeremy became a practitioner of the alcoholic arts while managing a cocktail bar and a James Beard Award-winning restaurant. As the restaurant group grew, he developed a private events program, which gave Jeremy the opportunity to work in a business development role.
Prior to reaching legal drinking age, Jeremy explored his creativity through a life in the theatre. He followed his passion to Point Park University, where he holds a degree in Theatre Arts. After college, Jeremy chased the limelight to New York City and spent five years living in the concrete jungle. Between restaurant work and acting gigs, he secured steadier employment as an international Puppeteer. Several years of traveling the world encouraged Jeremy to try his hand at unpacking, so he migrated south to Raleigh with his wife, Rachel (and Halloween the cat.)
Jeremy is excited to mesh his creative spirit with his business development skills. In the words of Steve Jobs, “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards.” Cheers: To connecting the dots!
