Spike began directing war epics in his parents’ backyard. His first short film starred G.I. Joe pinned down by a barrage of firecracker mortars flung from the headquarters of Cobra Commander, the crazed leader of an organization hellbent on ruling the world.
Smash cut to 2014, as Spike has long since turned his attention to projects that involve real people. Spike’s work has been featured in Ad Age, CNBC, Business Insider, Forbes, Huffington Post, and other major media outlets. With a background in editing, animation, interactive design—plus on-set experience—Spike likes to get down in the trenches. G.I. Joe would be proud.
